Student Loan Application Guidelines

To simplify the application process for student loans and save time for both students and parents, our university collaborates with Taiwan Bank to offer online loan application services.

Important Information:

• Loan Agreement Period at Taiwan Bank:

  • First Semester: From August 1 to the end of September

  • Second Semester: From January 15 to the end of February

• After completing the loan agreement process at Taiwan Bank and finishing school registration, students must submit the loan agreement certificate to the Student Assistance Division, Office of Student Affairs.

• Students applying for additional loans (for textbooks, accommodation, and living expenses) must also submit a photocopy of the student's bank account passbook to the Student Assistance Division for disbursement purposes.

• Students who wish to apply for advance payment for textbooks, accommodation, or living expenses should inquire directly at the Student Assistance Division.

• The loan coverage includes the following items within the normal duration of study:

  • Tuition and miscellaneous fees

  • Internship fees

  • Textbook fees

  • Accommodation fees

  • Student group insurance

  • Overseas study expenses

  • Living expenses

  • Computer and internet communication fees
